How does the My Chili's Rewards program work? It's simple. Enroll in the My Chili's Rewards program and you instantly start earning points for your purchases made at participating Chili's. We start you off with 60 bonus points just for joining and things only go up from there. You can redeem your rewards points for FREE Chili's faves like appetizers, entrees, desserts and more!
Is there a fee to participate in the My Chili's Rewards program? My Chili's Rewards is one of the best things in life — so of course it's free!
How do I enroll in the My Chili's Rewards program?Let's just say it's way easier than enrolling in a 401k. You simply visit a participating Chili's and sign up using the Ziosk on your table, in the Chili’s mobile app, or at www.chilis.com/rewards. Plus, since you will use your phone number for earning and redeeming rewards, there’s no card to carry around or weigh down your keychain.
When will I get my 60 welcome points? Give your 60 bonus points up to 48 hours to be credited to your account. Once your points appear, you've got the green light to start redeeming rewards.
How do I earn My Chili's Rewards points?Enter your phone number on your table’s Ziosk on every visit. After that there's no complicated math – earn 1 point for every full dollar spent on all eligible items. Give your points about 48 hours after your visit to make their appearance in your account. Sometimes they'll come sooner - because those points are awesome like that. Everything is fair game for earning points with the exception of alcoholic beverages, gift cards, tax and gratuity.
Can I earn points on delivery & to-go orders, too?Absolutely! You’ll earn rewards points on any qualifying purchases at participating Chili’s when you dine-in at the restaurant, place to-go orders, or order Chili’s delivery.
I think I'm missing some points, what do I do?You get a point for each full dollar you spend on qualifying items, so if you spent $39.75 you would get 39 points. Also don't forget that you don’t get points for alcohol, gift card purchases, tax, or gratuity. Doug, the really smart & hard-working guy who adds points to all the accounts, wants us to remind you that while we try to put your points in your account ASAP, sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for them to arrive.
I forgot to log in at the restaurant, but I have my receipt. Can I still claim my points?Definitely! Head to www.chilis.com/rewards or open your Chili’s mobile app and find the “missing points” button. Just put in 4 easy-to-find pieces of info from your receipt and we’ll look up your visit and add your points. We’ll send you an email once we find them or if we have an issue locating your points. This can take a couple of days to complete but the points are totally worth the wait! Remember, if you need to claim missing points, do it right away. Receipts dated past 30 days are no longer eligible to earn points.
How can I earn more rewards points?Taking on challenges is a fast way to earn extra points. Check your account on Ziosk or in the Chili’s mobile app to see what challenges you have. Complete them, and reap the sweet, sweet benefits.
Is there a limit to the amount of My Chili's Rewards points I can earn?Well, that wouldn't be any fun, would it? Earn as many points as your heart desires — there's no limit with My Chili's Rewards.
How do I redeem points for My Chili's Rewards?Once you've racked up the points, redeeming is easy!
It's easiest using the Ziosk - simply enter your 4-digit PIN after you've picked your rewards, and like magic, it'll be credited to your check.
If you're using the Chili’s mobile app, you'll get a barcode after selecting and confirming your reward. Scan that barcode on the Ziosk at your table to have your reward credited to your check. Don’t want to use the Ziosk? No problem. Just show your server the barcode screen on your phone and they'll take it from there.
What type of rewards can I redeem points for?If you crave it, you can probably earn it. My Chili's Rewards points are redeemable for most menu items like FREE appetizers, entrees, desserts, kids meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and more!
I heard I get a free appetizer or dessert for my birthday. How do I get that? Watch your email around the time of your birthday. We’ll let you know when your gift has arrived. Then all you need to do is visit a participating Chili’s and redeem the extra special birthday points that we put in your account for your choice of a FREE appetizer or dessert. But don’t wait – these special points are just for your birthday week. So enjoy it. On us. Happy Birthday!
Is there a limit to the amount of rewards I can redeem?Well, that wouldn't be any fun, either. Redeem as many FREE items as you have points for in your account. Go ahead, you earned them!
Can I combine coupons with my rewards?Your rewards are so out-of-this-world amazing they cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon.
I forgot my account password and/or PIN. What do I do?For your PIN: Once you've made it to the "Enter PIN to redeem" screen on the Ziosk, click on “Forgot PIN?”. You'll then have the option to have your PIN sent to the email address associated with your account or through a text message. If your account has been locked due to several incorrect PIN attempts through Ziosk, you'll need to use your phone or a computer to log in to www.chilis.com/rewards to unlock your PIN.
For your password: An email will be sent to the most current email address that we have on file for you. In that email is a link you will click to reset your password. That link is only good for 24 hours for security reasons, so if you check it after 24 hours you’ll need to request another link to be sent to you.
Do My Chili's Rewards points expire?Your points never expire as long as you make a visit to any participating Chili's location and make a purchase at least once every 120 days. One exception is your special Birthday gift points, which are only valid the week of your birthday. Other than that, they'll never expire. But that won't happen, right?
Can I share My Chili's Rewards points with other members?Sharing the rewards you redeem with your friends & family at your table is great. Sharing your rewards points — not so much. But definitely ask for extra spoons with that Molten Chocolate Cake.
Can I purchase rewards points to add to my account?Money can buy a lot of things. Unfortunately, it can't buy rewards points. But it can buy more visits to Chili's - which gets you more rewards points!
Where can I update my account information? All this is available right in your My Chili’s Rewards profile located in your Chili’s mobile app or at www.chilis.com/rewards.
What are the My Chili's Rewards program Terms & Conditions? The My Chili's Rewards terms and conditions restate a lot of what we say here, but in a more formal language that our lawyers speak way better than us. If you're fluent in legal talk, visit https://www.chilistogo.com/pages/termsandconditions.aspx.
If I have questions about the My Chili's Rewards program, who should I contact? We're always here to help. Any Chili's Team Member will be glad to answer any questions you may have while dining with us.
Does the rewards program replace the e-club?Yes, and boy will you be excited about the change! My Chili’s Rewards lets you earn the free menu items YOU want, any time YOU want. That’s why it’s YOUR Chili’s Rewards. That sure beats those old coupons!
If I’m in the e-club am I automatically in the rewards program?Since you have to set a secret PIN for redeeming you rewards, we can’t automatically switch your account over
What happens to my e-club account if I never join My Chili’s Rewards? You’d miss out on all the deals, all the rewards, all the specials. So if you really enjoy getting your favorites at Chili’s for free, we’d urge you to go ahead and sign up now.

Trans FatIn 2004, all Brinker International restaurants began using 100% soybean oil (trans fat-free) in kitchen fryers. The oil is a proprietary formula developed specifically for our restaurants. Since implementing this change, we have continued to test and procure menu items containing no artificial trans fat.
Vegan / Vegetarian MenuOur corporate nutrition specialist has compiled a list of Chili's vegan/vegetarian menu suggestions which can be found by clicking here. Please note that the availability of certain items may vary regionally. Also note that none of our food items are certified vegetarian. Additionally, many of our recipes contain meat, fish, egg and dairy products and normal kitchen operations involve the sharing of cooking and preparation areas, including common fryer oil. Therefore, it is possible for any food item, including French fries and chips, to come in contact with animal products during preparation and/or cooking processes. Because this list expires on a monthly basis, please be sure to check back for updates at the first of every month.
