Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)Chili's does not add or purchase products that contain MSG. However, many of our food items contain naturally-occurring glutamate, such as autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, sodium caseinate and gelatin, that can potentially cause 'monosodium glutamate-like' reactions in some individuals. We cannot recommend any menu entrée that would eliminate the potential for consuming one of the aforementioned additives.
Nutritional InformationNutrition Facts for our menu items are available on our website by clicking on “Menu” at the top of the home page, then scroll down and click on “Download Nutritional Information,” or simply click here.

Recipe AvailabilityWe apologize, but due to competitive reasons and confidentiality agreements, we are unable to provide this information as recipes past and present are considered proprietary to Chili's.
Trans FatIn 2004, all Brinker International restaurants began using 100% soybean oil (trans fat-free) in kitchen fryers. The oil is a proprietary formula developed specifically for our restaurants. Since implementing this change, we have continued to test and procure menu items containing no artificial trans fat.
Vegan / Vegetarian MenuOur corporate nutrition specialist has compiled a list of Chili's vegan/vegetarian menu suggestions which can be found by clicking here. Please note that the availability of certain items may vary regionally. Also note that none of our food items are certified vegetarian. Additionally, many of our recipes contain meat, fish, egg and dairy products and normal kitchen operations involve the sharing of cooking and preparation areas, including common fryer oil. Therefore, it is possible for any food item, including French fries and chips, to come in contact with animal products during preparation and/or cooking processes. Because this list expires on a monthly basis, please be sure to check back for updates at the first of every month.
