Chili's is proud to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®  through the Create-A-Pepper to Fight Childhood Cancer campaign. Each year, guests are invited to create custom pepper designs and help the cause through individual donations. The annual campaign also includes a national one-day-event where Chili's donates 100% of the day's profits to St. Jude.

In 2007, Chili's and St. Jude celebrated the opening of the state-of-art Chili's Care Center. The newest building on campus stands seven stories high and covers 340,000 square feet, housing the radiological sciences department, bone marrow transplant inpatient unit and several new research labs. It was all made possible by the Create-A-Pepper campaign.
