When you receive Personalized Rewards through email or text messages, you will need to claim your Reward by logging into your account or by clicking the button in your email or SMS message to add it to your account. You can log in to your account to view your Rewards on the Chili's iOS app, Chili's Google Android app, chilis.com/rewards or your tabletop device. To redeem, either select or scan the Reward on your tabletop device.

Most rewards are offered for a limited time only. To make the most of your rewards, be sure to check the expiration details on each reward.

No, currently the My Chili's Rewards program is only available to residents of the continental United States & Hawaii.

Go to www.chilis.com/login and click on the “Forgot your password?” link. An email will be sent to the most current email address that we have on file for you. This email will have a link to reset your password! The link is only good for 24 hours for security reasons, so if you check it after 24 hours you'll need to request another link to be sent to you.

If you need to change the phone number associated with your My Chili’s Rewards account, please log in and go to "My Account" and then click "Change Member ID."

You can update your information within your profile in the Chili's mobile app or at www.chilis.com/rewards.
