Changes to My Chili's + Plenti

Why is the My Chili's + Plenti program changing?

We are thankful for your participation in My Chili's Rewards and we value your feedback. We frequently evaluate the My Chili's Rewards program based on feedback from our Guests and have decided that Chili's will no longer be a participating Plenti partner after May 3, 2018.

What do I need to know about the Plenti changes?

You can earn Plenti points on eligible purchases at participating Chili's restaurants through March 15, 2018.

You can redeem Plenti points on eligible purchases at participating Chili's restaurants through May 3, 2018. As always you need to complete enrollment in Plenti and have at least 200 points to use points for savings on eligible purchases.

After May 3, 2018, Plenti members will continue to have access to any available points and can use those points for savings on eligible purchases at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations, Rite Aid stores and BI-LO, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys supermarkets.

Everything else you love about being a My Chili's Rewards member remains the same.

What do I need to do?

Check your Plenti point balance:
  • If you have more than 200 Plenti points: Visit Chili's to redeem available points through May 3, 2018.
  • If you have less than 200 Plenti points: You'll continue to earn points at Chili's through March 15, 2018. Once you reach 200 points you can redeem available points for savings on your check through May 3, 2018.

I forgot to log in at the restaurant, but I have my receipt. Can I still claim my Plenti points?

As long as your receipt date is prior to March 16, 2018, and you are a My Chili's + Plenti member, and you can head to www.chilis.com/rewards or open your Chili's mobile app and find the "missing points" button. Enter in four easy-to-find pieces of info from your receipt and we’ll look up your visit and submit the points on your behalf. We’ll send you an email once we submit the points or if we have an issue locating your check. This can take a couple of days to complete, but the points are totally worth the wait! Remember, if you need to claim missing points, you must do so through May 3, 2018. Visits prior to November 14, 2016 are not eligible for Plenti points.

How do I claim missing points if I'm only a Plenti member and not a My Chili's + Plenti member?

As long as your receipt date is prior to March 16, 2018, you can contact the Plenti call center to claim them at 855-PLENTI1 (7536841), Monday-Sunday 9AM-9PM EST (closed on public holidays). Visits prior to November 14, 2016 are not eligible for Plenti points.

Can I still redeem Plenti points at Chili's?

Yes, you have through May 3, 2018 to redeem Plenti points at participating Chili's restaurants.

I'm a Plenti member, how do I redeem points at Chili's if I didn't join My Chili's + Plenti?

During payment, on Ziosk, select "Plenti Member? Tap here to redeem points" from here you will be able to redeem your Plenti points at participating Chili's restaurants through May 3, 2018.

Now what?

Just because the Plenti program is ending, it doesn't mean your rewards at Chili's have to stop! In fact, what you love most about the My Chili's program remains!

Where can I see my Plenti points balance?

You can view your Plenti points balance on www.chilis.com/rewards, on Ziosk or in the Chili’s mobile app if you link your Plenti card to your My Chili’s account.

You can also see your points balance on Plenti.com if you have registered your Plenti card.

I forgot My Chili’s account password. What do I do?

Go to www.chilis.com/login and click on the “Forgot your password?” link. An email will be sent to the most current email address that we have on file for you. In that email is a link you will click to reset your password. That link is only good for 24 hours for security reasons, so if you check it after 24 hours you’ll need to request another link to be sent to you.

What if I forgot my PIN?

Once you've made it to the "Enter PIN to redeem" screen on the Ziosk, click on "Forgot PIN?" If you’re a My Chili’s + Plenti member—You'll be able to have your Plenti PIN sent to the email address associated with your Plenti account. If you still are unable to access, please contact the Plenti call center to reset your PIN at 855-PLENTI1 (7536841), Monday-Sunday 9AM-9PM EST (closed on public holidays). Remember, your Plenti PIN will be used for redeeming any My Chili’s + Plenti perks and points.

Where can I update My Chili’s + Plenti account information?

All this is available right in your profile located in the Chili’s mobile app or at www.chilis.com/rewards. If you need to update only your Plenti information, head on over to Plenti.com.

If you were a part of the My Chili’s + Plenti program, the only thing going away is Plenti. Everything else you love about being a part of the My Chili’s Rewards remains the same. Log in to the Chili's mobile app or online to view your Rewards and scan on Ziosk to redeem.

How do I sign up for My Chili’s Rewards?

If you were a member of My Chili’s + Plenti, you are already in My Chili’s Rewards – it’s the same great perks you love, just without the Plenti points. Never joined before? Joining is simple, you can use the Chili’s mobile app or visit us at www.chilis.com/rewards. Otherwise, the next time you are at a participating Chili's and join for free using the Ziosk on your table.

Do the My Chili’s rewards or perks in my account ever expire?

Most rewards are offered for a limited time only. To make the most of your rewards, be sure you check the expiration details on each offer.

Is the My Chili’s Rewards program available in Puerto Rico?

No, currently the My Chili’s Rewards program is only available to residents of the continental United States & Hawaii.
